Shipping policy

Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 5-10 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Pudo Locker/Kiosk has a flat rate fee of R100 per parcel. Charges for door to door delivery are calculated and shown at checkout.

Once your order has been collected by our courier partner it will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Outlaying areas can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Note occasional delays may occur.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel has been booked for collection.
